The Green Knight

Alternative movie poster for Robert Eggers’ film The Green Knight (2021). This film got me back into illustrating for fun. While I have been drawing and incorporating illustrations into client work for years, after seeing this film, I was compelled to create an illustration for it. Thus, my first alternative movie poster was made, and with it an obsession for doing more.

I submitted this to AMP Posters, a leading online community featuring artist interpretations of popular films, some officially licensed artwork, and some fan art by popular artists. I ended up winning “AMP of the Week” by the editors on my first submission.
